Neighbors West Northwest's Photo Contest is drawing to a close, but there is still time to submit your favorite photo for a chance at winning prizes and fame. Your photo must have been taken within our coalition boundaries (Arlington Heights, Forest Park, Goose Hollow, Hillside, Linnton, Northwest Heights, Northwest Industrial, Northwest District, Old Town Chinatown, Pearl, Portland Downtown, or Sylvan-Highlands).
