Weatherization Workshops: East County!
Do your curtains move when the east wind blows? Community Energy Project is offering FREE weatherization workshops! Learn about how to install affordable materials, where to find drafts and stop them, and how to bring that energy bill back down to an affordable level. Income-qualified participants in Wood Village, Fairview, Troutdale, and Corbett receive a free kit of weatherization materials in addition to the class. We have classes in East Multnomah County on the following days:
Wednesday 1/14/09 12-2pm at Snow Cap (17805 SE Stark)
Wednesday 1/14/09 6-8pm at City of Troutdale Recreation Center (223 Buxton, Troutdale)
Thursday 1/15/09 6-8pm City of Wood Village City Hall (2055 NE 238th)
Wednesday 1/28/09 6-8pm Fairview Community Center (600 N Harrison)
Please RSVP for workshops, so we know how many kits to bring!
