PYB is recruiting for a CONTRACTS MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT. Please help us get the word out! This position will perform a wide variety of program and administrative support tasks related to contract management, data reporting, fiscal operations, and office management, including: Assist with contract management and data reporting: Support Contract Manager in reporting to contractors. Create reports, spreadsheets, presentation materials and other documents related to reporting requirements. Maintain data entry for and be conversant with online contractor databases as per each contractor’s reporting schedules and requirements. Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date information in Agency database: Input and update PYB student information. Perform general administrative functions related to contract management: Create and maintain orderly and up-to-date hard copy and computerized student and contract files. Make photocopies, send and receive faxes, and hand-deliver urgent information as needed.
