Help Portlanders With The Digital TV Transition.

The Leadership Conference on Civil Rights is working to setup a volunteer team to assist Portland residents with the transition.

- Do you know how to install a converter box? - Do you know which converter box works with which TV? - Do you know which TVs need converters? - Do you know how to build/have you built an antenna? - Are you bilingual? (not required, but helpful.) - Do you just like to help people.
