Present information on effects of TV on young Children to Head Start Parents

I am a Head Start pre-k teacher with Community Action in Washington County. I am planning a presentation in March for a parent center meeting with the theme of the effects of TV on young children. I am looking for a presenter for a half hour presentation from 5pm-5:30pm probably the third week in March.
