Resource Development - Support of your efforts to secure the financial resources needed to sustain or expand the ability to achieve your mission. This can include program funding and support for capacity building. Fundraising success – whether with special events, individual donors or grants – requires careful planning and strategic thinking.
Organizational Development - Support for your efforts to take your organization to the next level of effectiveness. This can include program expansion, strategic planning and facilitation.
